Herzlich Wilkommen go Gaelscoil de hÍde! Táimid ag foghlaim nuatheanga chomh maith le Gaeilge agus Béarla. Bíonn ceacht Gearmánaise ag ranganna 5 + 6 gach seachtain. Táimid ag foghlaim an teanga sin agus go leor faoi cultúr na tíre freisin. Is aoibhinn linn é.

German Lessons
Welcome to Gaelscoil de hÍde where we are also learning a modern foreign language. Fifth and sixth class attend one German lesson a week and are not only learnign the language but also about the German culture. We even have a Culture Box in our school in which we keep authentic German items, brought in by the children and teachers, such as menus and maps sourced from the internet and Germany and items from Germany that are in our supermarkets. We are really enjoying it!
